JRF assists its member congregations as they engage in a wide variety of service-learning initiatives. Many of these were highlighted, with articles and reflections, during the omer learning initiative in 2008.

Participate in Camp JRF's annual family service week JRF Teen-Parent Week of Service.

Some of these activities include the international trips run by the American Jewish World Service (AJWS) and domestic initiatives sponsored by Spark: the Center for Jewish Service Learning at the Jewish Funds for Justice (JFSJ).
